We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Coordinator to join our team at Smile Doctors, LLC. As a Records Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of patient records and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome new patients and obtain orthodontic records
  • Maintain an on-time patient workflow
  • Provide direction on following schedules or seeing the next available patient
  • Greet new patients and family members
  • Familiarize new patients and family with clinic layout
  • Capture X-rays, photographs, and scans
  • Relay new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors
  • Coordinate clinical records requests
  • Manage patient treatment flow and scheduling
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations
  • Perform after-care communication
  • May clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment
  • May cross-train to support multiple roles within the clinic
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of orthodontic/dental workflow and treatment time requirements
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
