Job Summary:
The Development Officer plays a crucial role in securing and managing donor-generated funds in support of Bryan Health and its related entities. This position is responsible for managing delegated aspects of the Kearney Regional Medical Center Foundation's charge to secure and manage donor-generated funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations and grants
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community leaders
- Collaborate with the development team to achieve fundraising goals and objectives
- Provide administrative support for fundraising events and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management
- Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
