Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. This role is responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, and establishing a sterile environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and position patients for cardiovascular procedures
  • Establish and maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure
  • Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and ensuring a smooth transition into the role
  • Maintain strong working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
Requirements:
  • Achieve completion of Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months of hire
  • Complete all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months of hire
  • Hold current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Have previous procedural area experience preferred
