Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Bowery Residents Committee. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with psychiatric conditions, providing medication management and case conferencing as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to provide in-service training and support, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Participate in incident review committees and training sessions to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide emergency first aid and CPR assistance when required.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the Medical Director.
- NYS Certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with prior experience working with a MICA population.
- CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
- Vaccination preferred but not required.
