About the Role

RANDALL Construction, a leading self-performing subcontractor in Florida and the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join its team. As a top-tier professional, you will play a vital role in the Fire Services division by installing and troubleshooting electronic security, fire alarm, access control, and intercom systems in existing commercial and governmental buildings and new construction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install low-voltage systems in new construction and existing commercial environments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Read and understand floor plans and installation drawings to ensure accurate installations.
  • Pull cables and wires from source to termination points, working collaboratively with skilled trades during the installation process.
  • Terminate and install security, alarm, and access devices efficiently.
  • Test and troubleshoot system issues promptly.
  • Maintain company vehicles and inventory as required.
  • Perform service work when necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School diploma; Tech school certifications are preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Low Voltage Electrical Installer.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and coworkers.
  • The ability to speak English fluently (Spanish bilingualism is a plus).
  • Time-consciousness and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated dependability, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • The ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • An insurable driving record/history.
  • The capacity to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • The commitment to adhere to safety procedures at all times.
