Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $77.29 to $101.99 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation for your expertise.

About the Role

As a Neonatal Physician Assistant, you will collaborate closely with healthcare providers, including nurses, residents, and attendings, to facilitate multi-disciplinary care. Your responsibilities will encompass patient evaluation, consultation, follow-up evaluations, and patient care planning, education, and coordination. This critical position requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • We seek candidates with three years of full-time Physician Assistant experience working in a Level III or Level IV NICU, alongside a master's degree or PhD from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
  • A California Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) certification, DEA Certificate within 3 months of hire, National PA board certification in an aligned specialty, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR certification, and AHA NRP certification are mandatory.
  • Candidates must demonstrate exceptional judgment skills, self-direction, organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet minimum standards for hospital credentialing and billing standards as a billable provider.
