Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work with students who have communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing their conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a valid Ohio State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
