Superintendent (Heavy Civil Infrastructure Construction)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Skanska. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents
• Ensure the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner
• Manage and oversee the implementation of construction plans and schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services
• Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure construction
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
