Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance testing methodologies, including defect tracking and reporting.

• Play a key role in integrating quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by utilizing best practices and tools.

• Formulate a comprehensive test automation strategy across various application layers (UI, API, Backend, etc.).

• Design and refine test automation frameworks and effectively utilize testing tools.

• Establish and implement enterprise testing standards to ensure compliance.

• Oversee test planning for intricate features that involve multiple teams or platforms.

• Streamline test suites using techniques such as risk-based testing.

• Prepare and manage test data while ensuring compliance with data regulations across all testing environments.

• Engage in the triage of reported issues/defects and assist in their resolution or escalation as needed.

• Maintain traceability by linking tests throughout the development lifecycle back to requirements.

• Utilize testing tools and adhere to processes to complete testing in designated environments and facilitate necessary steps for code promotion.

Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as TOSCA, UFT, or Selenium.

• At least 2 years' experience with test management tools like qTest, Octane, or Rally.

• Proven expertise in data management, with experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Ability to secure alignment and approval for test cases from business and other stakeholders.

• Manage test automation execution and assist in resolving, communicating, or escalating any issues that may affect the test plan.

• Strong functional testing capabilities, preferably in the financial, banking, or credit risk management sectors.

• At least 2 years' experience with RDBMS databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Exadata.

• Ability to define and implement a test automation strategy, quality engineering methodologies, and tools to promote test-driven development.

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to simplicity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
