Embedded Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Embedded School-Based Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clinicians to provide high-quality mental health services to youth in elementary and middle school settings at Seven Hills Preparatory Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Attend school meetings (IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc.).

Requirements:
Preferred Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields. Or, pursuing Master's level clinical internship/practicum.
Clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments.
