Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Gastrointestinal Specialist to provide essential locum tenens support. This role is critical in addressing a pressing need within our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting scheduled clinical hours along with on-call duties.
  • Operating in an outpatient setting.
  • Performing various procedures including colonoscopies, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS).
Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • An active medical license in Pennsylvania.
  • Board Certification in Gastroenterology.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Cerner.
