Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Estimator, specifically in the demolition sector of the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, contracts, and proposals.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure profitable contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies.
