As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
  • Counting and verifying items against orders
  • Determining storage areas and allocating space within the warehouse
  • Assisting in physically moving items to designated storage areas
  • Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
  • Inspecting incoming loads for cold chain compliance
  • Recording damaged or defective items
  • Comparing the amount and identification numbers of goods against orders
  • Organizing records of incoming products
  • Checking shipments for quality and accuracy

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Reach Truck experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
  • Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
  • Flexible to work overtime preferred
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

  • Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
  • Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
