The Night Auditor

This position plays a critical role in our operation, representing the hotel overnight and ensuring the hotel is ready for the following morning. The successful candidate will optimize each guest's experience by living out our company purpose of 'hospitality from our family to yours'.

Responsibilities

  • Process Guest Check-Ins: Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
  • Reconcile Transactions: Review management reports, reconcile hotel cashier transactions, and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
  • Provide Customer Service: Answer incoming phones, respond to guest inquiries, and provide recommendations on local shopping, dining, and entertainment.
  • Complete Shift Tasks: Complete tasks and reports on the shift checklist, maintain the shift pass log, and ensure proper communication between shifts.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer and keyboard skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Availability: Must be available to work an overnight schedule, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary

$40,000-$55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
