Café Associate

Job Summary:

As a Café Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh food items daily for our members. Your responsibilities will include following recipes, preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken, and ensuring our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. You will also be responsible for properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing the sales floor.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Food Service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
