- Provide evidence-based counseling services, including individual and group therapy, to promote recovery and relapse prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners to enhance access to resources and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and maintain certification in substance abuse counseling.
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
- Current certification in substance abuse counseling (e.g., CADC, CCS).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a treatment setting.
