About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Bon Secours. As a key member of the surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures.
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, maintaining aseptic technique and providing complete case preparation.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient operating room environment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree, Vocational Certification, or Military Certificate in Surgical Technology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Must be certified by one of the following: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTA) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
  • One year of perioperative, operating room, or related military surgical technology experience preferred.
