Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Grinder to join our team at Wellmark LLC. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring the flow of material, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating industrial equipment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position working 3rd shift with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating industrial grinding equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Monitoring the flow of material to prevent bottlenecks
  • Assisting with maintenance tasks as needed

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a stable income, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
