You will also rely on our sales team to gradually build your roster of high-net-worth clients within the first year.", "Your Qualifications": "We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years of experience in instilling trust and building client relationships within the finance industry. You should have a Series 65 license (we will help you obtain upon starting) and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A thoughtful consultative approach with an emphasis on client focus is essential for this role.", "Compensation": "We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $125,000 per year in the state of WA, with new hires starting at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
