We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant/HHA/PCA to join our team at Rogerson Communities. As a Resident Care Assistant/HHA/PCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Job Summary:

The Resident Care Assistant/HHA/PCA will provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting any changes or concerns to the charge nurse or senior manager. Additionally, you will assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and dining room clean-up, as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Observe and report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse or senior manager
  • Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and dining room clean-up, as needed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in and support resident activity programs
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts CNA license or HHA/PCA certificate preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
