Job Title: Adult Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Adult Therapist to join our team at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital. As a Therapist, you will work with adults who are struggling with mental health issues, substance abuse, or behavioral disturbances.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult patients to identify their needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Make referrals to community resources as needed and coordinate discharge planning.
  • Communicate with outpatient referral sources, families, and aftercare providers.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field (MS, MSW, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with adults in a mental health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
