Accounting Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Randstad. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute invoices to proper locations for approval by managers
  • Reconcile Import Grower Revenue from reports in Oracle system
  • Generate a Liquidation report to determine payments due to Import Growers
  • Coordinate the reconciliation of all invoices for payment
  • Submit and review proposal for Growers Payments to accounts payable
  • Maintain Grower Payable Files
  • Understand the chart of accounts
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in reconciliation and accounts payable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
