Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Support: Deliver nursing care that includes patient assessment, education, and advocacy to enhance patient outcomes.
- Data Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive database to track vital metrics in multidisciplinary clinics, such as new patient appointments, clinical trial participation, and patient satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Foster clear communication with patients, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Professional Growth: Identify and recommend training opportunities for personal and team development, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Certification in CPR from the American Heart Association.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification is highly preferred.
