About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home health team in Pflugerville and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our patients and helping them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Care Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with Physical Therapists and physicians to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of our patients.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety to empower them to take control of their healthcare.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state where AccentCare operates; valid CPR certification; and a valid driver's license.
