We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Everlight Solar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems for our solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in project planning and preparation to ensure seamless execution
- Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient job execution
- Lead and mentor a team of apprentice electricians to develop their skills and expertise
- Electrician license/certification in Minnesota or a reciprocal state
- Journeyman license preferred
- 4+ years of experience as an Electrician
- 1+ year of experience in the solar industry (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights of 20 feet or more
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Competitive salary: $95,000-$100,000 per year
