Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced ARPA Technical Lead to support our clients in managing their federal grants. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a project management team that is making a significant impact on behalf of state and local government recovery operations working to optimize federal pandemic relief resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policy guidelines, report templates, and other program documents and processes in compliance with applicable federal regulations.
  • Manage fund awardees (grantees) and ensure proper communication of reporting requirements.
  • Monitor the program, program delivery, accounting, and internal operations for fraud, waste, and abuse as well as any duplication of benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years' experience in federal grant management, including 1+ years' experience with responsibility for ensuring program compliance or closeout related to grant management of US Treasury Funds (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) /American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), State and/or Local Fiscal Recovery Funding, Capital Projects Fund)
  • 3+ years' experience applying 2 CFR 200 regulations or Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) Certification.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $84,533.00 - $143,706.00 per year.
