We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the collection of receivable dollars from our existing customer base, resolving customer billing issues, and reducing accounts receivable delinquencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection and Credit Management: Develop and administer credit and collection programs and budget plans to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service regarding collection issues, process customer payments and refunds, and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate monthly accounting reports and submit to the sales department, including AR aging, MTD sales report, YTD sales report, and open credit memo report.
  • Credit Card Processing: Oversee credit card process related to payments and expired card tracking.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in collections or a similar role
  • Skills: Strong math skills and analytical abilities
