Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in AP-related projects, including process automation, system upgrades, and vendor management initiatives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the AP subledger to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve debit balances, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of AP processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience working with shared service centers, particularly in a global or regional capacity.
  • Proficiency in AP software and ERP systems; experience with automation tools is a plus.
