We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide meat products to members according to specifications.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, model high-quality service and products, and interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training.
Requirements
  • 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $18.00 to $25.00, as well as additional compensation in the form of premiums. You will also receive a range of benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits.
