Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver World-Class Service: Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide Unique Shopping Experiences: Utilize the G.U.E.S.T. service approach to greet and welcome every customer warmly, understand their needs, explain product features, and suggest additional items to build sales.
  • Be a TPS Brand Ambassador: Build customer loyalty by being friendly, attentive, and respectful, and contribute to a positive work environment with respectful, ethical behavior and honest communication.
  • Support Sales Efforts: Consistently capture accurate and valid customer information, maintain awareness of current promotions, and process them correctly at the Point of Sale.
  • Prepare for Success: Prepare incoming product for the sales floor, merchandise product following company visual guidelines, and maintain store maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Teamwork: Possess an ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs., and utilize appropriate safety techniques.
