Ardent Health is seeking a skilled Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Portneuf Heart & Vascular Institute in Pocatello, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients in coordination with the clinical team within the clinic and/or inpatient settings.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in a dynamic team of 14-17 providers, including 7 other Advanced Practice Providers.
- Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Flexible 40-hour schedule with options for 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts.
- Onsite lab and EKG services for convenient patient care.
- State-of-the-art EMR system, Epic.
- Recruitment package may include CME allowance, medical debt assistance, paid malpractice coverage, and marketing assistance.
