Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at FFF Enterprises/NuFactor. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care services to our patients.

• Oversee and coordinate pharmaceutical care services, including medication therapy management and patient education.
• Prepare, label, and dispense medications accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory agency standards and requirements.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and orders for safety and efficacy, reassessing and updating patient care plans as needed.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel, providing direction and ensuring they are on-task.
• Participate in pharmacy on-call schedule, including holidays, and be proactive in managing workload and multitasking.
• Assist in creating and updating departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain knowledge of therapy through literature reviews, continuing education, and attending in-services, seminars, and conferences.

• Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the State of New York and ability to reciprocate to other states as required.
• At least one year of hospital or infusion-based pharmacy experience, including knowledge of intravenous admixture aspects and/or clinical components of home infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards.

The Clinical Pharmacist will work in a normal office setting, with occasional travel required. The ability to view a computer screen for long periods, sit for extended periods, and lift and maneuver items of at least 20 lbs is necessary.
