Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at ESPO Corporation. As a key member of our electrical team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and troubleshooting electrical control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in assigning daily workload to the electrical team to ensure daily and weekly needs are met on skids in process and in commissioning.
  • Evaluate red lines (corrections) on electrical drawings from other workers and present changes to engineering and electrical CAD for revisions and documentation.
  • Plan and route multiple cables to control cabinets for termination.
  • Modify cord grips and locate on cabinet to run cables shortest distance to install in sub-panel.
  • Understand labeling of individual wires from schematic and connect to terminal blocks.
  • Assess correct wire for use on components from schematic.
  • Use a multi-meter and perform continuity checks.
  • Wire high and low voltage cables along with 4-20 mA.
  • Assist with installation of all components and troubleshooting during the commissioning process.
  • Run air and electrical lines from component parts to control cabinets.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of hands-on mechanical skills.
  • Familiarity with commonly used tools.
  • Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.
Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
  • Able to lift 30Lbs weekly.
