Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the service operations of our residential HVAC team, driving sales growth and operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with your team to discuss strategies and best practices for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Hold weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members to provide coaching and feedback, promoting continuous improvement and development.
  • Promote on-going training with HVAC Technicians to enhance their skills and maximize every service call, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize scheduling, organization, and dispatching of HVAC Service Technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize Service Titan to analyze data for reports, technician commissions, financial performance, forecasting, presentations, and weekly accountability meetings.
  • Address internal and external complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer trust.
  • Foster a culture that encourages HVAC Techs and Comfort Advisors to promote maintenance plans for seasonal fluctuations, driving revenue growth.
  • Provide ongoing sales training to enhance the team's skills and knowledge, ultimately driving sales performance.
  • Drive efforts for technicians to obtain 5-Star Google reviews, enhancing the company's online reputation.
  • Participate in regular ride-alongs with Technicians and Comfort Advisors to observe and improve processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Interview potential new team members to ensure they align with our company values and mission.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a strong personal drive to grow and develop the HVAC team, inspiring excellence in others.
  • Possess 3-5 years of residential HVAC Service experience or equivalent, with a proven track record of success.
  • Have at least 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Service Manager role within the HVAC Residential sector, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills when interacting with diverse personalities internally and externally, building strong relationships.
  • Be able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Show proficiency in computer applications, preferably with Service Titan experience, to analyze data and inform business decisions.
