Position Overview
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Medical Oncology, you will work under the clinical supervision of a physician and direct oversight of the Manager/Director. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Performing therapeutic procedures within your scope of practice.
- Developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Providing education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and certification requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
- Current board certification and licensure in Montana or Wyoming.
- Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
