At MAB Community Services, we are seeking a dedicated Direct Care Professional to provide essential care and support to individuals with diverse needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities include providing direct care and support to individuals with compassion and empathy, assisting with personal care tasks, implementing individualized care plans, planning and facilitating engaging activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements for this role include a high school diploma or HiSet, previous experience in a direct care role preferred but not required, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
