Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop a comprehensive management dashboard that links systems of record to management reporting tools and dashboards
* Identify and integrate data from various organizational entities and systems of record to provide real-time insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making
* Collaborate with OCAO Managers to identify data/reporting processes and catalog existing source systems
* Implement advanced data visualization techniques to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of dashboard metrics through rigorous data validation and quality assurance processes

Requirements

* BS degree and 8+ years experience or MS degree and 6+ years experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and 12+ years experience
* Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
* U.S. Citizenship
* Direct experience in all areas of IT applications development, including design, analysis, and data modeling
* Expert knowledge of enterprise/management level dashboards and experience with SQL, scripting, batch jobs, and integration techniques
* Must be local to the DC-Maryland-Virgina (DMV) area with ability to travel to the customer site in Washington DC
