Operations Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure accurate and timely completion of customer and financial advisor communications.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and open communication with colleagues.
  • Establish personal goals to achieve independent proficiency in daily tasks and strive for ongoing skill development.
  • Ensure daily service levels are met and comply with Company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-training and support additional training as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset, active listening skills, and professional etiquette.
  • Self-motivation, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Reliability and ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
  • General computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Knowledge retention and ability to leverage training, resources, and peers to problem-solve customer issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of individual life and annuity products and work processes.
  • Understanding of process workflows in Corporate Mail, Document Capture Management, and Data Center Operations.
