Job Summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in Bridgeview, Illinois.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Participate in maintaining the readiness of the Operating Room
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
  • Ability to work well with internal and external customers
  • Fine motor skills
  • Ability to wear a surgical mask and gloves
  • Auditory skills which allow incumbent to hear individuals whose speech may be muffled
  • CPR certified
  • Certified Surgical Technologist certification from the NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) within 90 days of hire
