Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service at the Point of Sale (POS) and during revenue reconciliation.
  2. Assist in maintaining an organized and inviting retail environment, including stocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
  3. Support the processing of donated items, which involves sorting, cleaning, pricing, and distributing items on the sales floor.
  4. Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile the register at the end of each shift.
  5. Engage with customers to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have a minimum of six months of experience in customer service and cash handling.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform various physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Working Environment:

This position demands regular attendance and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
