Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Magnetic Innovation Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field, with a focus on magnetics and electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating market requirements into tangible engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in magnetics and electromechanical products.
- Develop novel concepts for new magnetic components, assemblies, and systems that address unmet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine prototypes, ensuring quality, performance, and manufacturability.
- Support the transition from prototype to production by working with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, engineering design, or R&D, with a focus on magnetics or related electromechanical products.
- Strong understanding of magnetic materials, manufacturing processes, and performance testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools (e.g., FEA for magnetic fields), and data analysis.
