Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to take on the role of Administrative Manager within our Nursing Services Department. This position involves overseeing a variety of programs and functions within the department, assisting the Director of Nursing in the management of daily operations, and ensuring adherence to regulations to provide exceptional care for all residents.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative tasks and initiatives related to Nursing Services
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in the strategic planning and evaluation of nursing services
  • Act as the Director of Nursing or charge nurse as required
  • Support compliance monitoring and the development of corrective action plans
  • Foster positive relationships with regulatory bodies, families, and the healthcare community
  • Ensure adherence to residents' rights and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing and CPR certification
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff
  • Experience in long-term care settings and familiarity with relevant regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to adapt to evolving situations and perform well under pressure
