About the Role:

The Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks to our guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and previous bartending experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their drinks and having a pleasant experience.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification an asset.
