**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Staff Position at Del Boykin - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Staff Position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work collaboratively with the agent team to achieve sales goals and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license.
