Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Texas Health Resources. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication distribution
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to support safe and efficient patient care
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in own work and maintain required competencies
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to minimize pharmaceutical costs and discover new process efficiencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent required
  • 3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred
  • PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire required
  • Proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient, and basic math skills
