Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at ServiceMaster Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, secure, and safe environment for our clients and their occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients, including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.

• Direct and supervise a team of janitorial staff to accomplish daily, weekly, and project-specific cleaning tasks.

• Train, develop, and motivate your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

• Take corrective action when necessary to ensure our high standards are met.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.

• Complete cleaning tasks to ensure a clean building at the end of each day.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age: 18 years old.

• Education and work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic and responsibility.

• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

• Physically able to be on your feet for the entire shift and perform all tasks, including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
