Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality care to our senior adult and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client care plans and service agreements
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, homemaking, and personal hygiene
  • Provide mobility and walking assistance
  • Maintain kitchen and bathroom facilities
  • Administer medication reminders
  • Assist with routine transfers and bathing
  • Provide transportation and errand services
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Negative TB test result
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photocopy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • CNA License or completed HHA Competency test
  • Federal fingerprinting requirement
  • Physical examination
  • Bank slip or screenshot with routing and account numbers

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a caregiver in a home environment
  • At least two (2) verifiable references
