Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Esthetician with CoolSculpting experience and strong leadership skills to join our team. As a Medical Esthetician - Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding CoolSculpting and Diamond Glow treatments, creating treatment plan recommendations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Delivery: Deliver outstanding CoolSculpting and Diamond Glow treatments to clients.
  • Treatment Planning: Create treatment plan recommendations for clients based on their individual needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Medical Estheticians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Client Outreach: Develop and implement effective client outreach strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and treatments, and provide recommendations to clients based on their individual needs.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed.
  • Location Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Medical Esthetician.
  • CoolSculpting Experience: Proven experience with CoolSculpting treatments.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and management.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to provide a positive experience for clients.
