About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Molly Maid. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary housekeeping supplies.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 am to 5 pm.
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.

Compensation

The pay range for this job is $14.50 to $18.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.

Earn paid time off up to 15 days per year.
