We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse leader to join our team at MediLodge of Howell Inc. As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units and ensuring that we provide high-quality care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Directs the entire operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care healthcare facility.
  • Manages area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible.
  • Participates in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote the recruitment, retention, development, and continuing education of nursing staff members.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, degree preferred.
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (if state requires).
  • Three years of nursing experience, of which one year was in a long-term care environment.
